Under that act, you have the right to obtain access to any personal information, which Jenasys Design holds and advise on any inaccuracy of that information. We may update our privacy policy, from time to time, to reflect new technology, laws and changes within our business.

We collect names, phone numbers and email addresses of people involved with the delivery of our services. While attending trade shows and training courses we also collect business cards containing a range of contact details, which we retain in electronic format.

Jenasys Design may buy business contacts lists from Marketing companies from time to time as part of our business marketing activities. The companies supplying these contact lists provide explicit terms of use.

Use of Personal Information

Jenasys Design uses personal information primarily for the purpose it was collected. This includes:

Job Applicants

Personal information supplied by job applicants, staff members and contractors to Jenasys Design is collected to assess and (if successful) engage the applicant, staff member or contractor. Resumes sent to Jenasys Design may be retained electronically for a reasonable period of time.
